I hired Anthony of Pine Knoll to renovate a cape in S. Wellfleet. It was a disaster. The plumbing had to be redone (and I am still having things redone). He didn't listen or take notes so measurements were off (the "recessed" fridge couldn't be fully recessed, the bathroom door didn't close until a sink was moved, lights on a porch were never wired in, marble counters never sealed, wood trim already rotting (3 years). He ignored the architect's drawings for a porch, etc. I am deeply disappointed.

We had a very positive experience with Pine Knoll Developers in building our customhouse in Wellfleet, MA. Both partners Vinnie DeVito and John Ferro help us in designing our house and coming up with a design that fulfilled our vision, and was economical to build. The actual construction went amazingly smoothly. Even allowing for a month of bad winter weather, the house was completed in less then nine months. After seeing how well Vinnie and John worked together, we were also impressed how their various crews came in on time and how skillfully they executed their part of the building plan. Many of the crew have been working for Vinnie and John for more then 20 years. We have our dream house, designed for how we live and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone who comes to visit our home always remarks on how beautiful the house is and the quality and thought that went into it. We would give Pine Knoll Developers a five star rating and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering building a home.
