Great beach. Super shallow so no life guard. They have bathrooms. Not too busy. Really a perfect beach for little children to spend the day.
A wonderful beach for exploring, at high tide there is 50 or so feet of beach between the parking lot and the water, at low tide the distance is half a mile or more with tidal pools to explore and wildlife everywhere.
This was a great beach. We came in the morning and the tide was so low you could walk out really, really far before getting to the water. We spent more than an hour exploring tide pools along the beach. It's nice that if you don't have a resident sticker, you can pay for a daily pass that is good at this beach and four others (check the Eastham website). We would come back, or try to stay somewhere in walking distance to these!
So cool to walk way out at low tide. It is also a drone friendly zone so don’t let people tell you otherwise
Great beach. Be sure to check out both parking spots. The side that seems like an overflow parking lot actually has some nice features and is a bit quieter but only has the port-a-potty.
