Rented for three nights. Not very crowded so I would have expected they would at least make the bed?.Not! Bug(s) in the bathroom? Yes at least One. This is a 2 star hotel. It was OK about average for the Cape..
The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and accommodating with late check ins and outs. They have lots of good info and are happy to share if you are not familiar with the area!
You can't ask for anything more than a clean room and a smile
This is my 3rd year going to the Dolphin. The property is nicely maintained and in a beautiful area. We love the fire pit in the courtyard, very cozy. My room(148) is ALWAYS clean and smelling fresh!! The AC works great too! Good water pressure too for a nice hot shower at the end of a long day on the water.
We're here right now (my girlfriend and I) and have been very pleased so far. The rooms are.clean and somewhat updated. The staff at the front desk are friendly. Checkin was a breeze. The pool is clean and sunny. And the location is perfect...everything you need is I'm a 10 minute radius. Definitely check it out if you are looking for a good affordable place to stay.
I have stayed here before years ago and it was very pleasant. Not so much now. We had a family suite with 2 bedrooms and kitchenette. The only good thing is that the beds were comfortable. The rooms were dirty. There were wrappers and food under the couch, spiders with webs in just about every corner. The kitchenette was run down and falling apart. The shower had bad water pressure and never got past lukewarm. The room had a weird musty smell and the deadbolt on the door didn't work. Won't stay here again.
Had a bad experience this time. Will not go back extremely unclear and bed making was horrible
