Everything is clean and well kept. The pool is nice and deep, there is a small playground for children and a couple of barbecue stations with picnic tables. This motel is even a 2 min walk to a quaint little ice cream/mini golf/arcade/burger place. Right on Rt 6, very convenient! My only complaints are the following: 1) Some of the outlets in our room are connected to the lights such that the thing plugged in only receives power when the light is on. Sort of inconvenient for charging devices overnight. 2) We spent July 4th at this motel, so it was difficult to use the barbecue as there were always families on it. 3) The bathroom door does not latch, but it stays closed because of the friction against the frame.
Nice and relaxing...close to beaches and restaurants... i will stay there again no problem. .
Staff was Iovely and welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Mattress was sort of creaky and old, otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. Nice, quiet property.
My fiance and I stayed here and out of all the many hotels, motels and inns we have tried in the Eastham/ Orleans area this one was by far the best......not just for the price.....it was the total experience. Great price, great atmosphere, accommodating up to date and clean. The couple who own it are very nice and helpful. This motel offered rooms better fitted than motels and hotels that cost 3 times more. If your in the eastham/ Orleans area stay at this motel for a night, you won't Wana leave.
Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms could be a bit more updated, but they are clean and quiet which is what's important. Great place to stay in Wellfleet if you're on a budget.
